Returns & Refunds Policy

At Longday, all sales are final.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please make sure all sizing, colors, product details, and shipping information are correct before completing your purchase.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Wrong color selected
  • Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or local delivery services

Once an order is submitted, it may begin processing quickly and cannot always be changed or canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

To review the issue, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production or fulfillment error, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

Longday is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges depending on their country. These fees are not controlled by Longday and are not refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be guaranteed to be canceled once placed. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already started production or fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

By purchasing from Longday, you agree that all items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, except where required by law.
