Longday products are made to order. Product availability, colors, sizes, prices, and descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice.

We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will show colors exactly as they appear in person.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer and to discontinue any product at any time.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for making sure all order details are correct before completing checkout. This includes size, color, quantity, shipping address, contact information, and billing information.

Once an order is placed, it may begin production quickly. Because Longday products are made to order, changes, cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges cannot be guaranteed after checkout.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product information errors, or order errors at any time. If an order is affected by an error, we may contact you, cancel the order, or issue a refund at our discretion.

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

Shipping & Delivery

Each Longday piece is made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for production and delivery. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on location, customs, and local carrier processing.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Longday is not responsible for delays caused by production issues, shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Longday is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, or other fees depending on their country.

These fees are not controlled by Longday and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. Any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Longday is not responsible for customs delays or packages held due to unpaid customs fees.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for wrong size ordered, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, wrong color selected, incorrect shipping address, shipping delays, or similar customer-related issues.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production or fulfillment error, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have where required by law.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Longday is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Account & Billing Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed through our store.

You agree to promptly update your account, email address, shipping address, billing information, and payment details so we can complete your transactions and contact you if needed.
